And all this took place in the imagination of Roro .... eheheh:) just Mariarosa never went to his house (but shhhhhhhh not tell them) and this masterpiece was released directly from his hands fairy .... here's the recipe from our beautiful Calabrian revisited:)
INGREDIENTS: 3 eggs
,
150 gr. sugar
150 gr. melted butter, 150 gr
. sifted flour with 1 / 2 packet of yeast,
juice 1 / 2 lemon, 1 pinch of salt
,
a pack of pineapple syrup,
2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
PROCEEDINGS
Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes, add the cooled melted butter, flour and baking powder, lemon juice, a pinch of salt.
Butter a baking pan and sprinkle the inside of 25-26 cm of granulated sugar.
Arrange whole pineapple slices on the bottom and sides of toriera and pour the mixture being careful not to move the slices of pineapple.
Bake at 170-180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool for no more than 5 minutes and unmold the cake.
Allow to cool in the dish and then sprinkle the surface with cla pineapple juice left aside.
Remember? This is the mythical Mariarosa cookbook, that pretty girl who advertised the yeast Bertolini ....

Here ....
